Cabernet Sauvignon is a red dry wine of French origin, grown and aged in Cyprus with meticulous attention to detail. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 12 months in French Oak barrels to ensure a perfect balance of oak and fruit.

The wine displays a deep, dark crimson colour with pronounced black fruit and herbaceous aromas of blackberry, raspberry, green bell pepper and tomato leaf. The warm climate of Cyprus allows the grapes to ripen fully, resulting in a wine with high tannins and acidity. Due to its thick skin, the wine has a rich, full body that matures and develops beautifully over many years in the bottle.
