For the safety of all guests, staff, and property, Ktima Gerolemo is equipped with a closed-circuit surveillance system (CCTV) operating in public areas. Monitoring is carried out in full compliance with data protection regulations.

Some of our wines and food products may contain traces of dairy or other allergens. Guests are responsible for informing our team in advance of any food-related allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns.

Any damage caused to the winery premises, equipment, or private property by a guest or visitor will be the legal responsibility of the individual, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Ktima Gerolemo is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss occurring to vehicles or personal belongings in parking areas. Vehicle owners are advised to take personal safety measures to protect their property.

Our estate is fully equipped with smoke and heat detectors, fire extinguishers, and water access points throughout both the interior and exterior of the premises. All staff are trained to act swiftly in case of an emergency.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

In outdoor areas, smoking is only permitted in designated smoking zones equipped with ashtrays, located approximately every 10 meters or at the bar area.

Discarding lit cigarettes or flammable items outside of designated areas is punishable by law under property and environmental protection regulations.

The winery assumes no liability for injuries or accidents not caused by structural risks or unsafe conditions on-site.

All indoor and outdoor areas are certified safe and are fully accessible to individuals with disabilities, including wheelchair users.

For hygiene and legal reasons, pets are not allowed inside the winery buildings or wine production areas.
